This chart uses 4 fields, including filters:

  • Date (year): Year period during which the metrics are collected.
  • Country: Name of country.
  • Electricity Production From Hydroelectric Sources (% of total): Sources of electricity refer to the inputs used to generate electricity. Hydropower refers to electricity produced by hydroelectric power plants.
  • Rural Population (people): Rural population refers to people living in rural areas as defined by national statistical offices. It is calculated as the difference between total population and urban population. Aggregation of urban and rural population may not add up to total population because of different country coverages.
